Green Lantern A.K.A. Hal Jordan, Sinestro, and Star Sapphire A.K.A. Carol Ferris discover that they can’t lift the White Lantern Power Battery. Star Sapphire mentions that it’s like “The Sword In The Stone”. So if the White Lantern is the sword… Where’s King Arthur? Fades to Deadman dealing with kidnappers but the ring won’t let him because Aquaman and Mera are on the scene. Mera’s water elementals are quite savage and Aquaman discovers that his power to summon sealife takes on a whole new spin. Undead sealife! On to Westport, Massachusetts, where a fish cutter gets news from the TV and the locals that Aquaman is alive. The cutter doesn’t take the news well so he slaughters everyone in the fishery. The matrix known as Firestorm is not one for a meeting of the minds with Ronnie and Jason. Professor Stein and the Atom A.K.A. Ray Palmer tell the duo that they have some bad news. Martian Manhunter is moving a polar ice cap to a warmer climate on Mars when a vision strikes him. His hands around Professor Erdel’s throat and a woman on the floor (Erdel transported MM to Earth from Mars). He decides to head for Earth to find the woman. Hawkman and Hawkgirl discover that their “souls’ first home” Prince Khufu and Princess Chay-ara bones were being stolen by Hath-Set! (The Curse?) Going back to the fishery which is now in flames and the cutter goes into the sea and emerges as  Black Manta yelling for Aquaman!
